Milan Laskar is the founder of LexOfficium and an advocate with over a decade of courtroom experience before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and the High Courts of Guwahati, Madhya Pradesh and Meghalaya. His practice spans civil, criminal, constitutional, matrimonial and corporate law, built on the same disciplined, client-first approach he has brought to every brief since 2012.
He has served as Standing Counsel under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, since 2021, and is a mediator qualified by the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (2023), Department of Law, Justice & Legislative Affairs, Government of NCT of Delhi. He holds an LL.M. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Assam University, Silchar, and is fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali and Assamese.
