The Firm

A litigation practice built on depth, ethics and preparation

LexOfficium was founded by Advocate Milan Laskar in 2010 around a simple view: matters are won by diligent preparation and honest advice, not by shortcuts. Today the firm works from a head office in Greater Noida and branch and associate offices across the country, taking writ, criminal and civil matters before the Supreme Court and the High Courts.

Every engagement is handled in strict accordance with the Bar Council of India's standards — no solicitation, no inflated promises.
